“Sparky The Trolley” Pixar-Inspired Animated Character: Part 2

In this 2nd video installment, our Lead Animator Jesse Christoffersen reveals the technical process of creating the 3D animated character Sparky the Trolley, created by Digital LunchBox for Historic Downtown Branson’s Community Improvement District.

From initial concept sketches, to modeling, texturing, rigging, and rendering the finished frames, Jesse walks us through the lengthy and detail-oriented process of creating an animated character from scratch.

Digital LunchBox has created 3D animations for broadcast and web clients such as The Weather Channel, Manna Distribution, and Silver Dollar City/Herschend Family Entertainment.  Digital LunchBox serves agencies and producers in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas with 3D animation and HD video production services.

Jesse is an experienced animator who lends his talents to the team at Digital LunchBox. When he's not modeling, rigging or texturing in 3DS Max, he's cheering the Chicago Bears. Too bad.
