The Grand Village in Branson, MO is a unique shopping destination themed in the Victorian-era charm of old Charleston, SC. When looking for a way to give the property a “magical” new identity, marketing consultant Pamela Kay Critchfield enlisted us to create a fresh new logo, a brochure and a series of TV spots that wrap the ad campaign in a heartwarming story.
Our own Josh Williams wrote and directed the TV spots, featuring a mother and daughter discovering the magic of the Grand Village. All of the media pieces in the campaign were produced in-house by our own designers, artists and crewpersons.
The TV spot featured above is the first in the series, titled “Magical”. It was followed up by a Holiday seasonal ad “Magical Christmas.” Both ads were honored with Silver Addy Awards in February 2010.
Our lead designer, Jesse Christoffersen, designed the identity pieces and brochure seen below, as well as the 3D animated titles/effects for the TV spots.
